Employment Listings: Field Service Supervisor

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the efficiency and mentoring of the service technicians in regards to revenue, maintenance agreement sales, lead generation and other service related goals.

- Making sure all service technicians are properly trained and answer any field service questions.

- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and customer home comfort issues.

- Work on ideas for reducing the costs of the service department.

- Model how to correctly select the appropriate diagnostic and repair charges from the flat rate book per company policy.

-Advise if service repair times are not accurate in the flat rate books.

- Maintain required levels of truck stock items.

Hourly/Commission: Dependent on experience. $42,000-$120,000 per year.
